Delivery zones are split into 3 zones: Local, Main Centre, Regional. These are based on our courier partners zoning and dependent on your postal code. 

1.1 Local Areas: Johannesburg, Pretoria (as per courier definition)

Please note couriers generally define Soweto, Lenasia and Krugersdorp as outlying areas and therefore regional courier fees will apply. 

1.2  Major Areas: Cape Town, Durban, Richards Bay, Port Elizabeth, East London, Bloemfontein, Polokwane and Nelspruit

2.1  How long will my order take to arrive?

  • We aim to delight our customers by delivering our orders in the quickest possible time.
  • Delivered between 2 and 7 working days. But usually within 5 business days.
  • Regional areas may take longer.
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
  • During peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas it may take longer due to couriers being overloaded. We will work with our partners to get your parcels to you as quickly as possible.


2.2  Late Deliveries

  • The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (“ECT Act”) entitles you to cancel your purchase within 7 days’ notice if the products you have purchased are not delivered within the agreed delivery period as specified in our Delivery Policy. Certain items for sale on the website do have a lead time for delivery published on the product detail pages and need to be taken into account as part of our delivery policy. Should you choose to cancel an order which has not been received within our delivery times, items either need to be:

o   not accepted and returned with the courier upon delivery; or

o   if already received, returned to Puppify in their original state

o   The cost thereof for the customer


3.1  Should a product you have ordered be:

  • Temporarily unavailable, we will notify you thereof as well as the anticipated delay in delivery and, unless you agree to wait for such longer period for delivery, or accept delivery of another product instead, Puppify will issue a refund in respect of that product to you or give you the option to credit your account to an amount equal to the price paid for the product*.
  • Discontinued / Permanently unavailable we will notify you and, unless you agree to accept another product instead, Puppify will issue a refund in respect of that product to you or give you the option to credit your account to an amount equal to the price paid for the product*.
  • Delivery fees will not be refunded if the unavailable item(s) are part of an order which included items that will still be delivered.
