- Please note that you have had to have previously used our services
- A favourable review is a rating of 5 – if you were not entirely happy with your previous groom please let us know so that we can improve
- At time of booking please make us aware of your referrals or recommendations
- Please keep proof of referral or recommendations. We can track it if you use @PuppifySA on Facebook or on our Google Business page
- Referrals or recommendations are cumulative. i.e. If you give us 2 positive reviews and a referral you can get 10%+10%+10% = 30% off
- This program launched on the 17 July 2019 and all referrals and recommendations from this date will apply
- If you already receive a discount currently for frequent bookings or number of pets then this discount will be over and above this.
